Very unprofessional. I had a scheduled class with a written confirmation and left my work in the lunch break for that. When I got there there 'lost' my meeting in the system and I got no other teacher instead or any kind of compensation for my wasted time. You don't treat customers like that. Stay away from this school.
The school was recommended by a friend who has done the licence a few years ago here. I registered here for a license conversion, I would like to get the Austrian one after moving to Vienna as main resident. I took the required training hours where I was told by the instructor that I'm fine to take the exam, after 20 years of driving and having 2 licences for two countries, it shouldn't be that hard. Still after two years and taking two exams at the school I don't have my license and it's just because of Fairness of the school and the transparency and how the instructor simply doesn't support you during after the exam !!! The same instructor who was saying that I was ready, now says that examiner is right and i get no support from his side.
There was an obvious relationship/friendship between the instructor and the examiner, which made the situation more strange, they weren't even trying to hide it !!! It explains why i was failing my exams and being told to get more practice times(driving hours) and pay again and again.
During the few mounts of experience with Grand driving school, i could also get to know people who were struggling with the school for a longer time.
I just gave up with the licence, cause i lost my trust in the exam system here in austria.
Long story short, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL !!!!
Amazing driving school with one of the best teachers I've ever met. Professional, experienced, extremly friendly, patient, great communication skills, super organized! An enormous thank you to Helmut and Valentin for the overall great experience. After this I love driving and enjoy every km behind the wheel. Thank you Fahrschule Grand!
Great school with extremely friendly and helpful driving instructors! Also fast procedures and really helpful to help you get your driver´s license and spoke slow and easy german to non-native german speakers!

Perfect place, great trainers!
I can recommend the Grand driving school to everyone. Very friendly driving instructors, theory course is short and painless, driving lessons are entertaining, instructive and funny - a very pleasant overall experience. I feel well trained and am looking forward to the perfection rides.
